There is new evidence from research work in political psychology leading to the conclusion that conservative people seek: order and law, defends traditions and family values, certainty, consistency and familiarity, as well as depicting high reaction to danger, threat, and death anxiety. In other words, the conservative ideology is nourished on a strong military, tough law enforcement, resistance to immigration, widespread availability of guns.
